Please take an overall picture of the piece of furniture that has the issue. Take a close up picture or video that shows the issue in detail. Finally please take a picture of any tags detailing product identification numbers, these will likely be found underneath your furniture.

Your Invoice & Email Us

Please provide us with your sales invoice number that this piece of furniture was purchased on.
