Are We Delivering Your Furniture?

Our delivery service includes opening, assembling and inspecting your product for you. Our delivery teams are careful to protect your product and your home during delivery. 

On the day of delivery you will receive a call with your 3 hour delivery window 1-2 days prior to your delivery. Please note when we call to advise you of your delivery window it is too late to make any changes. On the day of the delivery our drivers will contact you using the phone numbers on your invoice when they are on their way to your home to deliver your furniture. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver your furniture then our drivers will continue to their next stop and you will be charged an additional delivery fee to reschedule the delivery. When your order arrives at your home, please inspect the product carefully. We’ll be glad to resolve any issues as soon as possible. However, you do have up to 48 hours after delivery to let us know of any concerns.


Are You Picking Up Your Furniture?

Please make sure you call to schedule the pickup of your furniture if the pickup was not scheduled at the time of purchase. Upon arrival at the warehouse you will be asked to inspect your purchase for damage and sign of on it’s condition prior to departing with your purchase. Sandy’s does not assume responsibility for any damage to the product after it leaves the warehouse.

Warehouse Pick Up Hours are between Tuesday to Saturday from 8am to 3:30pm (closed Sun. & Mon.)

If there is an issue during your delivery or months after please send us an email and include your invoice number, a brief description of the issue, pictures of the concerns and the best way to contact you.

Warranty

Our warranty covers any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship for up to one year, beginning the day your order arrives at your home. Please note that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire), and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty.

Solid wood pieces may experience warping, cracking, and splitting due to environmental conditions, such as changes in humidity. If these pieces have not been properly maintained as per our care recommendations, they will not fall under our warranty.

Fading, pilling, and staining of upholstery, compression of cushion fillings, and reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and/or a lack of regular maintenance is not included in our warranty.

Warranties are non-transferable, and does not extend to resale, second-hand, final sale or floor model pieces. It also does not apply to products that are used for commercial purposes, unless those products are listed as commercial grade.
