At Sandy’s we have a dedicated Customer Service Team that is able to answer any questions, concerns or inquiries before and after the delivery of your furniture. If there is an issue during your delivery or months after please send our Customer Service Department an email. In your email please include your invoice number, a brief description of the issue, any pictures and the best way to contact you.

The morning of your delivery please call the Warehouse as early as 7:30 am at 604.520.7330 to get a window of time for delivery. Our drivers will contact you at the phone numbers on your invoice to advise you when they are on the way to your home to deliver your furniture. If you are not home when we arrive with your delivery the drivers will have to continue on to the next delivery and we will have to reschedule your delivery for another day.
We will need time to open and inspect your furniture prior to your pick up at the warehouse. If you are picking up your furniture at a later date, please contact the warehouse at 604.520.7330 the day prior to make sure there is time to get your product ready.
